Thanks and Appreciation

I am writing this email to express my appreciation of the service I received from Tom and Daren who work at the UPS Store on Division and Princess St. I had difficulty receiving my shipment due to it's weight(I had to help move it, but due to my work scheduling it was hard to coordinate). However the two of them were able to help me pick up my shipment at their local store instead of the warehouse. I really appreciate them going out of their way to help, and I hope it would be recognized. Thank you, Wilson Lam

To whom it may concern,
This letter comes in recommendation of the printing services provided by the UPS Stores of Kingston, Ontario and Mr. Tom Wilson, the local franchise operator. Mr. Wilson and his team have provided printing services for the Geology Department since August 2010, and have done an outstanding job. Their turnaround times are excellent, as is their customer service; they will often go above and beyond, for example picking up extra supplies to reproduce a specialty binder.
They are able to handle large orders (700 copies of 200-page lab manuals, for example) in a short time frame (5 days or so), as well as small specialty jobs, such as reproductions of archival copies of these.
In addition, when the occasional misprint happens, they really go out of their way to provide replacements in a timely fashion and with minimum hassle.
In summary, it is truly a pleasure to do business with Mr. Wilson and his team, and his services are highly recommended by this department.

Hi Tom,
Just wanted to say I was in your store this morning (Clock Tower Mall) and met Sue. She was SO nice and helpful and did a fabulous job packaging up the print that I had to ship to B.C. (much better than I would ever do!). She is SO lovely, a pleasure to do business with---the store looks great too.
