UPS Courier Cutoff Times
3:30pm:
UPS Express and Express Saver to all United States and International Destinations
4:30pm:
UPS Expedited to all United States and International Destinations, and all UPS Domestic services.
Please allow yourself 10 to 15 minutes prior to cutoff to give yourself enough time to fill out any paperwork applicable to your shipment. Should your shipment require any basic packaging, we recommend that you drop off your item or items more than 1 hours before applicable cutoff time. Any non-basic packaging may require more time, and may not leave same business day. To avoid any disappointment, please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can accommodate your request.
UPS Courier Inquiries
For any questions regarding UPS deliveries or missed packages, please call the UPS Customer Service Hotline at 1-800-742-5877. Be sure to have your tracking number ready.
UPS Package Redirections
If you are unable to receive your package during UPS' hours of operation, you can have it redirected to a The UPS Store location.
As a Franchise, we do charge a fee for acceptance of your package. You may request this service calling us at 604-608-6681 or sending us an email at store209@theupsstore.ca. Please have your name, phone number and tracking number ready to provide to the staff member to register your package.
Any unregistered packages will not be accepted and will be returned to the UPS facility. We will hold your package for a
maximum of 3 Business Days.
The fees for Redirection are generally:
$5.00 for an envelope
$10.00 for a box any size
All packages directed to our store must be picked up within 2-3 business days of arrival or they will be returned to sender. All COD charges must be cleared before the package arrives at the store, or your package will not be accepted.
Shaw Cable Modem Return
The only store in Vancouver authorized by Shaw to accept their cable modem's is The UPS Store location at 1001 West Broadway at Oak St.
