• Package acceptance from all couriers. You don’t have time to wait for your packages to be delivered or to coordinate alternate deliveries. We do, for all couriers.
• A true street address not a P.O Box number – Not all couriers can deliver to a PO Box. But a mailbox with a true street address eliminates that problem for you.
• Protection of your privacy and important documents & packages.
• Climate controlled delivery & storage to protect packages in all seasons.
• Your mailbox will allow you to receive any quantity of mail, parcels, etc.

Mail Holding and Forwarding

We offer mail forwarding services for our mailbox holders who are not in Vancouver, or are unable to check their box. If you would like to be apart of our regular forwarding rotation, please speak to one of our staff. Forwarding occurs on Thursdays. The charge is $5.00 plus tax, and the cost of shipping and supplies. Should you need your forwarding sooner, we can help. The charge for urgent forwarding is $10.00 plus taxes, in addition to the shipping and supply charges.


Keys

There is a Lock Fee charge of $15.00 for your first set of keys, which include your mailbox key and 24 Hour Access. For any additional set, it is $10.00 each. Please note that the Lock Fee is not a deposit and will not be returned upon termination of the mailbox.

Your keys are required for all access to the mailbox and it's contents. If you are unavailable to check your mail and would like someone else to check, please either give them the key or send us a written letter authorizing the selected person to be the recipient of your mailbox contents. We will not release any mail or packages without this authorization.

Additional Names

Each mailbox type is mandated with a limited number of names that your particular mailbox can received mail and/or packages for from the start. Personal mailboxes have 3 names allotted, Business boxes have 4 and Corporate boxes have 5. These are the number of names (persons or company) you can have with the rental. Each additional name, with a maximum of 6 names total on a single mailbox are $10.00 each renewal period. 


Renewals and Late Charges

We endeavor to give you as much notice as we can for your impending renewals. You will receive 2 notices prior to your mailbox renewal. One at 60 days and the final at 30 days. You can pay in person, by fax or email. If you pay by fax or email, we will provide you with a credit card authorization form to fill out and send back to us.

If your mailbox expires, you will be subject to a late fee.
30 days and under, is $10.00
31 days to 60 days, is $20.00

You will be contacted by email of your mailbox's expiration and will need to make arrangements to renew your mailbox at the earliest possible time. You will have 60 days from the expiration date before your mailbox services are terminated. All mail and/or packages from expired mailboxes are pulled from the mailbox and held pending payment.
