With every shipment packed by the certified packing experts at The UPS Store, and shipped with UPS, our customers have the option of purchasing Shipment Protection. Should your package be damaged or lost in transit, UPS will offer a full 100% refund on the declared value of the package; the retail price paid for shipping AND the retail price paid for packing materials and labour. This service is only available at The UPS Store.
