I had no idea where or how to start; this is when I turned to Debbie Reid. She is not only one of the best marketing coaches around, she owns The UPS Store in Grande Prairie. I went to see her and she sat me down and talked to me for a bit. She asked me about my company along with a few other questions to get the idea of who I was and what expectations I wanted. She shared a few ideas and requested that I leave it with her so she could come up with some samples.
The moment I walked out the door I felt the biggest relief. I no longer had to worry about my company logos because she assured me that they would come up with something. Within 2 days they called me to come take a look at the samples they designed. They hit it right on the mark, they designed the perfect logo.
Debbie and her team make you feel at home when you walk through the door. They are patient, efficient and all around a pleasure to do business with. To this day when I go, Debbie is stilll coming up with new ideas to help better my business. We ship with The UPS Store all the time all over the place. They always make sure that we get the best option for our needs. It was $30.00 cheaper to send an envelope to the United Arab Emerates then at the post office. Parcels are better priced too and you get better service. I do not even bother standing in line at the Post Office any more.
